I can't remember ever having made one before.
Okay, it took me a couple of days to work up the courage.
This afternoon I decided to just go for it...

It smells as good as it looks.
ReplyDeleteYour souffle looks beautiful! I'm so proud you got up the courage, XOXO
ReplyDeleteWell done, soufflés are not easy. Lady Magnon 'used' to make them; wonderful.
ReplyDeleteHello:
ReplyDeleteThis is no time for modesty. This looks SUPERB. The last time we were given a soufflé was in Venice last year by the owner of a very smart restaurant. Believe us, yours looks every bit as good.
It is gorgeous!! I've never made a traditional cheese souffle either but have been wanting to for ages. :-)
ReplyDeleteI've never made a soufflé, but yours looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteI've just come across your blog and have enjoyed catching up - your love for your family shines through. It must be hard having Jonny and MingMing so far away. I look forward to reading more of your life
Oh this looks amazing! That deep blue soufflé dish sets this off beautifully! I can taste it now....lovely!!!
ReplyDeleteI love a cheese souffle, as we are a greedy lot i make 1 each and we eat them straight out of the cooking dish with spoons. Yours looks very good.
