Our internet problems continue.
I am unable to check emails, or send them,
so apologies to everyone who is owed an email.
Meanwhile, here is page two of the Owl Wood Journal.
(imagine a long pause here,
it took nine minutes, and several attempts, to get this photo uploaded...)
I have the next page already planned,
although I am sure it will change and evolve once I begin.
Meggie, Scarlet, Linda, Sandra and Shirley,
I haven't forgotten about you,
normal comms will be resumed asap.

Its magical!
ReplyDeleteJane x
The magic is definitely there, as long as they look for it!
DeleteDitto Jane!
ReplyDeleteA treasure.
Thanks, Mitch. I hope it will feed their imagination.
DeleteEven if your grands don't treasure it now, as they will some day, their parents will. Just wonderful.
ReplyDeleteRight now Harry is still only interested in pirate treasure - but you are right, Joanne, in years to come they will (hopefully) find the magic and remember their Gran.
DeleteAnother wonderful map; I've enjoyed my leisurely walk around the garden. I feel I know it already.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Cro. At first I was cross with myself because of all the mixed perspectives and crazy sizing, but then I decided to just go with it and enjoy the process. It was great fun.
DeleteDear Elaine,
ReplyDeletethis looks wonderful! As to computers taking hundreds of minutes to load up: sometimes one needs the help of a wizzard to fix it. My last resort is always Merlin - and yes: his parents really named him Merlin, and working on computers he lives up to that name.
Hello Brigitta, I wish we had a Merlin close at hand! We had to settle for a BT engineer, he seems to have fixed the problem for now. Such a relief!
DeleteI adore this kind of map...how very Tolkien
ReplyDeleteI love maps - and thanks to Cro's recent post and map I finally got up the courage to draw some for myself. it was great fun.
